Combining all our expertise from carbon frame building into the ultimate material, C:68X® carbon uses the optimum blend of fibre and nano particle-infused resin. Precision Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing means we can avoid bonded sleeves or inserts, too. It’s the new benchmark for light, stiff and strong.
C:68
Our C:68® carbon achieves the impossible: lower weight and higher strength. Flat, high modulus tow spread fibres allow wall thicknesses to be reduced by up to 25%, and our Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing ensures consistency and accuracy. All you need to know is, it’s an awesome material for building great bike frames.

Not all carbon is created equal. With our C:62®carbon we increased the high modulus fibre content, then we reinforced the resulting material with nanoparticles incorporated into the bonding resin. Which is all just a fancy way of saying it’s extremely strong, light and durable.
ALUMINIUM
High Performance Aluminium is designed for high end use. Higher strength is achieved by using a special alloy in combination with a hardening heat treatment. Triple or even quadruple butting of the raw aluminium allows us to use the minimum quantity of material, because wall thickness can be adjusted according to load. We also use specifically designed hydroformed tube shapes. The combination of all these production processes results in the creation of stiff, high performance frames with unique looks.
E-BIKE TECHNOLOGY
Since the launch of our 2014 range, we have used drive systems from our premium supplier Bosch. We now offer more than 100 different models, from comfortable e-bikes with low-entry frames right through to enduro-ready e-mountain bikes.

Bosch’s lightweight and sophisticated second generation ABS works seamlessly with Magura’s M CT ABS brakes to modulate front brake power, so you can stop quickly and safely whatever the conditions. On road or off, wet or dry, mud or gravel, it delivers the best possible braking performance whilst helping to keep you safe.

In the old days, many people only used the rear brake out of caution or fear. The new Bosch eBike ABS now lets you brake more safely and confidently with both brakes at the same time. It can prevent the front wheel from locking and thus help to avoid skidding. You remain safely in the saddle even during sudden heavy braking – whether you are on firm asphalt or slippery gravel paths. Because every e-bike is different, there is no one-size-fits-all ABS. Instead, there’s the right ABS for your e-bike type, supporting your braking process in the best possible way.
